Weekly Guided Meditation, focusing on different styles and/or topics every week. This is a Women only event, thank you for understanding. Designed for all Levels of Meditation. Learn how to Meditate anywhere, anytime or refresh your skills. Designed to guide you on this journey of life to Discover Your Wisdom and Healing Within Yourself. You will be surrounded by beautiful healing Crystals and Aromas during your sessions every time, along with Leonie-May's Healing Energy. Various techniques of Meditations will be discovered over time and may combine different modalities as well. During the Session you also receive Guidance/Discussion time. All Meditations are personally designed and guided by your Meditation Guide - Leonie-May What to Bring: * a water bottle * something to lay on (if you wish to be on the ground) * wear loose comfortable clothing * a journal and pen Bookings are Essential with an Online Deposit which is Required, prior to attending, to secure your seat.
