Meditation Workshop - Artful Healing

Service Description

Meditation Workshop – Artful Healing Quiet the mind • Express the heart • Create from within Artful Healing is a gentle and nurturing meditation workshop that brings together guided meditation, mindfulness and intuitive creative expression. You don’t need to be artistic, know how to paint or have any previous meditation experience. This workshop isn’t about creating the perfect picture—it’s about allowing yourself the freedom to slow down, listen within and express whatever naturally wants to emerge. We will begin by settling into a peaceful guided meditation, giving you time to step away from the busyness of everyday life and reconnect with yourself. From this calm and centred space, you’ll be invited to explore colour, shape, symbols, patterns and imagery through intuitive art. Rather than being told exactly what to create, you’ll be encouraged to trust your own intuition. Your artwork might become colourful and vibrant, soft and peaceful, symbolic, abstract, nature-inspired or completely unexpected. There is no right or wrong way for it to unfold. Throughout the workshop, we may explore gentle practices such as breathwork, visualisation, mindful drawing or painting, mandalas, colour meditation, symbolic imagery, affirmations and reflective journaling. Artful Healing offers you a safe and welcoming space to simply pause, breathe, create and be. You’ll leave with your own personal piece of intuitive artwork—not necessarily because it is artistically “perfect”, but because it represents something uniquely yours: a moment, feeling, insight, intention or part of your inner journey. No artistic ability or meditation experience is required. All you need is an open mind and a willingness to create. Come as you are. Breathe. Feel. Create. Let your inner world find its way onto the page. 💜 WHAT TO BRING: * Your Journal & a Pen for notes * Wear clothing that you don't mind getting dirty from art Special Offer for ONLINE bookings Only: * Book & Pay Online $75 (with no more to pay after this deposit) OR Pay CASH at the door $150 upon arrival.
