Through gentle guided meditation, visualisation, breath, sound, music and moments of stillness, you will be invited to leave the outside world behind and journey into a peaceful inner space where you can rest, reflect, imagine and reconnect. Your Andronica Dreaming journey may take you through tranquil forests, beside flowing rivers, across mountains, beneath the moon and stars, along peaceful beaches or into beautiful imagined and spiritual landscapes. Some journeys may focus on relaxation and inner peace, while others may explore themes of healing, letting go, self-love, confidence, gratitude, personal growth, spiritual connection or discovering the wisdom within. No two Andronica Dreaming experiences need to be the same. You don't need to be experienced in meditation, and you don't need to know how to quiet every thought.
